Matching best tenants with best properties

We aim to provide a personal service to ensure we match the right tenants with the right property.

So, before we even arrange a viewing we will go through a few questions to make sure we are showing you a property that is right for you. So, if we show you a property, then there is a good a chance you are the right match, and the property can be yours.

Securing a property

After you’ve decided to rent one of our properties, paying a deposit will confirm your interest in the property, and will allow us to stop the advertising on the property while we check your references.

We will provide application forms at the viewing, or we can send these separately to you electronically.

** Note that we do not agree to letting a property with the tenant having already viewed the property.

Moving In

We’ll then draw up your personal lease, and provide you with a detailed inventory of the property, as well as helping you with the necessary steps of taking over a tenancy (e.g. setting up your electricity account, etc.)

And, after you’ve moved in, we’ll be there if you have any problems with the property. In fact, we’ll arrange a visit a few weeks after you have moved in to make sure you enjoy your new home.
